Terms & Conditions

  • Payment first through Paypal invoice or Wise, prices are in NZD. If you're from NZ, you can pay through bank transfer.

  • I will start the commission once it has been fully paid.

  • I do not allow refunds.

  • Time frame for commission to be finished is 1-2 weeks depending on the piece. If I take longer than 2 weeks feel free to ask for an update.

  • I give updates from the sketching, coloring and rendering phase. There might be more updates depending on the piece.

  • Commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only. You can make personal keychains/prints but please do not sell them without my knowledge.

  • Finished commissioned will be sent through email alongside the sketches (sketches are free of charge) If you would like another method, let me know.

  • NO NFTs and AI training on my artwork.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission request.

  • I don't post commissioned work but feel free to post it with credit.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described before. You agree to the policy of using the art for personal use and provide all image credits to me.If you do not respect any of these terms you will be blacklisted.

What counts for complex pieces: Whole sceneries that has several background elements, any background that requires me to do intricate designs drawn by hand such as flowers, and patterns.
